Project Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be an Australian citizen, at least 15 years of age, meet the criteria for the Disability Support Pension and have no outstanding workers’ compensation claim against your current employer.

Project Details

Allows employers to pay productivity based wages to people whose work productivity is significantly reduced as a result of the effects of disability.
